Wolf Name: Lanax
Wolf Breed: Eurasian Wolf
Weight: 120 Pounds
Age: 3 1/2
Gender: Female
Personality: Lanax was once a kind wolf, a friend to most and caring to all. A tragic happening in her pack one day, with the lose of her pups turned her bitter. The once nice female was now only interested a sense of power.
Family:
Mate: Clyde
Three pups, now deceased.
History:
Lanax was born to a normal pack life. Her parents were the Alpha's and her pack was strong. Her upbringing was a pleasant one. She never had to fear anything. With loving parents like hers to protect her life was good. Lanax was taught to be kind and thoughtful to other wolves.
In her first two years of life she learnt to be an excellent hunter. One of the pack finest, which was unusual for one so young. The winter before she was two the pack found a male wolf. He was half dead from the cold. They took him in and saved his life. His name was Clyde.
Clyde came to be loved by the pack but most of all by Lanax. She had a secret crush on the male. Every time she looked at him, her heart would flutter. His hansome body with the would be strong muscles hidden beneath that luscious coat was more than most females could ignore.
As fate would have it Clyde had noticed Lanax's looks and was pleased, for he liked her too. At the time when his full strength had almost returned he told Lanax of his feelings, professing his love for her. She too did the same. He asked her to be his mate and at first she said no.
Clyde was shocked. “But Lanax, didn't you just say you loved me? Doesn't it mean anything that I love you too? Is that not all we need to be together?” Lanax stared at him sadly. “Of course I do, Clyde. I love you with all my heart but...” “But what, Lanax!” his voice was filled with hurt. He looked away.
The ochre female nuzzled her head into his neck fur. “It's not you... I... I just don't know if I'm ready for that sort of thing. Leaving my pack. Starting out on our own... It just seems like a lot to take on...” Lanax heaved a sigh, “Please let me think on it for a while.” Licking his cheek she turned and walked away, leaving him in his despair.
A few days later the pair found themselves alone again, sitting side by side. “So...” Clyde tried to lamely start, “Have you thought about my proposal?” The female looked away shamefully, “I- I...” “O, come on, Lanax. I love you, you love me, isn't that all we need? Together we shall face all the challenges that come our way,” his voice was hopeful.
Lanax wasn't responding so he nudged her playfully. “You can't go around sulking like this all the time, you know.” She looked back at Clyde, “You absolutely promise that we'll be together through everything?” He would have responded in a playful jeer had it not been for the seriousness in her tone. “Of course I will. I promise.” He smiled and licked her muzzle.
A soft smile crept onto her face. “I guess that makes us mates then...”
After that their life together began. They left Lanax's birth pack and started one of their own. It grew steadily with the occasional loner joining them. The next spring Lanax and Clyde became the proud parents of three pups. It was a happy time for everyone. The couple's love was poured into their young and the whole pack loved them too.
However their perfect life changed one fateful day.
The pack had gone hunting and it had been a successful one. The pack had brought down an injured deer, without being hurt themselves. Lanax couldn't help but feel that something was wrong though. Her belly was full and the pack had eaten well but there was a twisting and turning within her gut that she couldn't explain.
She nuzzled her mate, “Clyde, we must take the pack back to the den. Some thing's wrong with the pups, I can feel it.” Clyde nodded, “Ok, I will do as you ask.” He turned to the pack, his gruff voice, quickly grabbing their attention, “We're going back to the den. Everybody get moving.”
With full bellies the pack members only wanted to rest but did as their leader had commanded. Soon they neared the den area, the salty scent of blood was in the air. Lanax became very alarmed, immediately breaking into a run, followed by Clyde. The scene that befell the couples eyes was horrific. A parents worst nightmare. Blood was everywhere.
The crimson liquid flowed out of many wounds on a young male they had left to look after the pups. A female they had left along with him was nudging his fallen body. His coat was no longer a beautiful mixture of browns and creams but a mass of blood matted fur. Blood soaked the female's fur too, a deep cut in her right shoulder seemed to be the major cause of it. The scarlet blood stained her already red coat and white legs, as well as along her muzzle.
But it was not this which horrified the leaders most. It was the five pup sized bodies that littered the ground around the red coated female. Lanax and Clyde could only stare at their blood soaked children. Their small bodies, once so full of life, now lying covered in the scarlet mess.
The red coated female took a step toward the couple, her lemon yellow eyes showing a deep sadness. Lanax took that for guilt, her motherly instincts kicking in. A vicious growl tore from her throat, her teeth revealed thanks to her lips pulling back in a horrifying snarl. Another roaring growl splitting the tensed air. The angered female charged forward her eyes flashing with revenge. This female whom they had trusted had betrayed them. Killed a pack member. Killed her pups! “ENAT!” she roared.
The red female's black ears shot up before falling tightly against her neck. She didn't move as the raging mother barrelled toward her. The raw emotions that travelled through Lanax's veins were stronger than anything she'd ever felt before. Her pups had been so precious to her. Her life.
Lanax made contact with Enat, knocking her to the ground. The red coated female didn't even try to fight back. She was too exhausted. Lanax didn't care. She was going to make this wolf pay. Her claws dug into the wolf's shoulder, the one with the cut, as she pressed down on her. Enat winced but the former mother didn't notice. Her sharp teeth bit into the russet fur on the wolf's scruff. Shaking her head she tried to inflict as much pain as possible.
Lanax let go and went for the other's muzzle, clamping shut over her muzzle. At this Enat did struggle but it only resulted in the Leader's teeth to cut the skin, causing blood to trickle from there too. Enat's whimper went unheard as Clyde began to bite into her too. He had finally come out of his shock to punish the wolf who had harmed his pups. Many minor injuries were inflicted all over the flamy wolf's body with the two leaders working together. It was now that the female tried to defend herself but was unable, their rage to powerful. Lanax caused the deepest wound to Enat's front left leg, along the back.
Eventually some of the packs stronger wolves were able to pry their leaders away from their victim. Cries of outrage and fury were hurled at Enat in bitterness from Lanax. Clyde was the one who calmed down somewhat and spoke to the female, “Get out of here! And never come back!” The flame coloured one, slowly picked herself up and with the rest of her energy started to run. Run far, far away. “If I ever see you again I'll kill you!” yelled Lanax after her. “I will kill you!”
Murmurs later flew around the pack that it was not the banished red female who had murdered the pups and the male, but a cougar. Lanax scoffed at the idea, still believing it to have been Enat. Her heart became hard after all that had happened. The once pleasant wolf, became sour. She couldn't be approached without risk of being bitten.
Lanax with her brown coloured coat is still much the same but she often disappears for long periods of time. Her mates anger has cooled and he had come to accept that Enat had tried to protect their pups not harm them. Clyde has tried to convince Lanax to let it go, to accept the truth but she is blind to the idea. He sadly suspects that she goes off to try and find the she-wolf for revenge. It is eating away at her and he can only sit and watch his beloved mate turn more into a monster each passing day...
Likes: Her mate Clyde
Dislikes: Pup killers, Enat,
Strengths: She has good strength and stamina, with moderate speed.
Weakness: She bites first asks questions later.
Fur colour: Lanax's fur is of a ochre colouration. Of all her earthy coloured brown is the dominant along with grey. Light brown fur covers most of her body, grey lying across her back and down the top of her tail. Her legs are a creamy white colour, the same as under her muzzle.

Third Entry!
::Wolf Name:: Lanax
::Wolf Breed:: Eurasian Wolf
::Weight:: 120 Pounds
::Age:: 3 1/2
Gender : Male
Personality :
Lanax is a quiet wolf, seemingly normal as well. He minds his own business and is very distant, but this isn't a sign of shyness. Any words that do escape the male are cold and spined, his bright looks and kind appearance are only a mask to the sinister pack leader within. However, when speaking to be accepted into a pack he acts bright and kind. But, do not be fooled, he is neither.
Once he finds himself within a pack he will study them. Others may find him staring at them kindly, but within he is sizing them up. Once he decides the time is right he will disappear for a day or so, only to come back with his pack he has acquired over time. Then, with a brutal attack he will begin to attempt to take over. Lanax and his pack have never been defeated.
Family : His mate was murdered in an outburst when Felicity left them. Felicity is his only surviving daughter, and he intends to capture and enslave her for leaving.
History : Lanax was demented from the beginning. He killed his father once he was old enough, and has been taking over packs and enslaving wolves in his cult since. It's a simple yet horrible history to think of and not one any wishes for details on. (And I'm lazy and pressed for time)
Likes : Blood, Gore, you know. The evil things.
Dislikes : Love, bright things, any pups that aren't his own and pack leaders.
Strengths : Strength, messing with other's heads, blending in with other wolves.
Weakness : Anything kind and sweet, large speeches.
Fur color :
Very similar to Felicity.
Eye Color : A bright, kind looking pale caramel.

Lanax
Age:
Five Years
Gender:
Male
Coat:
Lanax has a thick coat that is longer on his belly and tail than it is elsewhere.
Fur Color:
A dusty brown with russets, golds, and greys mixed in.
Eye Color:
A strange pristine blue with gold around the edges
Markings/Scars:
Lanax has various markings that are seen in a lot of wolves. For more information, please see his reference. As far as scars go, he has many that his pelt hides.
Build:
Lanax is a large wolf, built for fighting, but his long legs aid in speed for running as well.
Mate or Pups:
Lanax once had a beautiful mate named Megara and a son who was named Alcide. Both are now dead
Personality:
Lanax is a dark and brooding brute who will do anything to prove himself worthy. He cares deeply when someone shows that they are not just another pesky fly on the wall to bother him. At times, he can be the heart-throb of many, then a spliit second later, they all hate him. Used to it, the changing affections do not bother him.
History:
Lanax is the illegitimate child to a pale brown brute called Zeus and a creamy coloured fae callled Alcmene. Alcmene never told her own mate, Amphitryon of her secret lover, who vanished soon after courtship. The son that was born, already larger than most pups, was named Hercules. Jealous of her own mate going with another, a shadoy black fae, Hera, sent her daughters after the young Hercules, who killed them all with a strangling bite to the throat.
Taught further in the ways of fighting by the mysterious Linus, Hercules proved to be quite mischievous. Wanting to punish the young male with a proper beat down one day, Lanax was killed by his student, who ran his straight into a tree. Tried by his parents, the youngling was let go on the grounds of defending himself. Fearing the boy, Amphitryon sent Hercules to his more wise brother, Teutarus, who taught Hercules the art of stealth.
At three years, Hercules was put to the test of killing the territories infiltrator - a male lion. It took fifty days of trial and error, but eventually, the lion was felled. In his time with Teutarus, Hercules fell in love with a small russet coywolf named Megara. Mating season of his third year, he and the fae went off to-gether alone, and come the next spring, a small and fragile male wolf was born.
Naming their son Alcide, meaning "the strong," Hercules and Megara were the world's most proud parents. Things were not to be, though, as the female from before, ever jealous of her mate's illegitimate son's growing fame, grew more and more angry. While Hercules slept one night, Hera sent crows and snakes to the den on Hercules and Megara to whisper lies into Hercules's ears about Megara's infidelity and rumours that had been spread about him behind his back.
Going insane with rage, Hercules killed his sleeping son and mate. At dawn, realising what he had done, the male fled. From then on, he called himself Lanax, as to rid himself of the terrible things he had done.
But you cannot hide from your past.
Found by his cousin, Eurystheus, the now named Lanax was put through a year and a half of the most painful tests he had ever gone through. Each one was a symbol of repentannce for his crimes, as Eurystheus was in league with Hera, and both were set on killing the powerful and handsome male.
One by one, the twelve trials were finished, Hercules coming out to be victor in all, as well as securing a war for Eurystheus against the Trojans. Fearing his cousin for surviving all the terrible tests, Eurystheus trapped himself inside of a small cave, which collapsed soon after his entry.
Now four years and seven months, Lanax was cleared of his crimes. He was free.
From here, the story diverts into two tales that are both legend and true. Some say that he eventually moved on to find a new mate, others say that he found a pack to call home and lived in peace for the rest of his life.
Weaknesses:
His stamina suffers greatly due to his size, as does his ability to be stealthy
Strengths:
Lanax is powerful and fast.
Enemies:
Hera - the mate of his father
